A new chapter for a technology built to last

Stip AI has been acquired by Call2Net S.p.A.
A key step that opens a new phase for us—backed by more resources, more structure, and the same goal we’ve always had: to improve customer service with the right technology.

Six years of work, one clear direction

Since 2018, we’ve been building a proprietary platform powered by over 20 artificial intelligence models.
Our focus has always been the same: simplify customer service by automating repetitive tasks and giving better tools to the people who do the work every day.

We never focused on storytelling. We focused on outcomes.
And the outcomes speak for themselves:

Soon after, we were selected by Berkeley Skydek, where we validated our technology on a global stage.

Today, we return to a strong Italian company: Call2Net, with whom we share a practical, hands-on vision of customer management.
They’re already a key player in omnichannel support for enterprise clients—and ready to double down on innovation.
